Dennis Sponer is the founder of SRX Advisors and thought leader in the legal, health-tech, biotech, pharmaceutical and startup world. He co-founded pharmacy benefit management (PBM) firm ScripNet in 1997, which was acquired in 2012 by Optum Healthcare Solutions. His latest venture, HSARx, was a consumer facing PBM operator focused on the owners of health savings accounts. He sold HSARx to SwiftScript in October of 2023. He was named by InBusiness Las Vegas in its annual Top 40 Under 40 list, is a graduate of MIT's prestigious Birthing of Giants program and holds a certificate in full stack development from MIT.

Dennis brings extensive experience in transaction closing across a number of industries, and via his institutional and family office network will work with Connected Capital’s growing volume of transactions to facilitate funding requirements in our target mid-market segment.

In 2016, she was selected by the World Economic Forum (WEF) as one of the Top 50 Global Shapers and was named one of the Top 30 African leaders in technology, business, art, science, politics, design and media by Quartz Media Africa.
